- Advert relaunch
- Conducting viewings
- Comprehensive tenant referencing
- Full inventory
- Tenant onboarding & paperwork
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): from £60 (inc VAT) dependant on the size of the property.
Gas Safety Certificate (annual): from £60 (inc VAT) dependant on the number of gas appliances.
Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) : from £216 (inc VAT) (valid for 5 years) dependant on the size and location of the property.
Guarantor Fee: £30 (inc VAT) per guarantor
Handling Local Authority Licensing (if applicable): £50 (no VAT) not including the cost of the license.

Monthly Fees
Monthly management fee: 12% (no VAT) of rent due
This includes:
- Inspection every 6 months and report via email.
- Rent collection and sent to you promptly.
- Arrangement of maintenance and repairs.
- Assessment of compliance.
- Attendance of maintenance appointments

Additional Fees
Additional property visits at the landlord’s request: £50 (no VAT) per visit
Arrangement of works to update the property that go above and beyond regular maintenance and repairs requested by landlord = POA

End Of Tenancy Fees

This includes:
- Negotiate the deposit repayment based on the properties condition compared to inventory reports.
Court attendance: £80 (no VAT) per hour
