Our journey into property management began with a deep-rooted passion for property and a desire to make a difference for landlords. As a family-run business, we started in construction before transitioning into property development. Over time, we found ourselves connecting with landlords at networking events, listening to their frustrations and concerns about managing their properties and tenants.

Time and again, we heard the same story - landlords struggling with unreliable letting agents, battling complex legislation and finding it increasingly difficult to manage their rental properties whilst maintaining profitability. Many felt unsupported, especially when dealing with larger corporate agencies that lacked a personal touch and a real understanding of the challenges most landlords face.

At the same time, the Government was introducing new regulations, making it harder for landlords to remain compliant and still turn a profit. We met many property owners who genuinely cared about providing high-quality housing for their tenants but were overwhelmed by the growing demands. Some were even considering selling up!

We knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why we founded Amhurst Lettings - to provide a straightforward, stress-free property management service that allows landlords to enjoy the benefits of property investment without the hassle. Our goal is to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully compliant whilst generating the best possible returns.
