Once they’ve been on a monthly management contract for thirty days, your fee is triggered automatically. No chasing required.
£100 paid to you
Per landlord referred. No cap, no minimum, no targets. Single let or HMO, every referral counts equally.

Any landlord with a single let or an HMO in Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire who isn’t already an Amhurst client. Not sure whether the property is in our area? Introduce us anyway and we’ll check.

No cap and no minimum. Every referral counts equally, whether it’s a single let or a six-bed HMO.
What type of landlords can I refer?
Any landlord with a single let or an HMO within Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire who isn’t already an Amhurst client. If you’re not sure whether the property is in our area, introduce us anyway and we’ll check.
What happens after I submit the introduction?
We get in touch with the landlord directly, explain how we can help and take it from there. There are no forms for them to complete and no pressure. We’ll let you know either way.
Do I need to be in the property industry?
Not at all. Most of our referrals come from people who simply know a landlord who deserves better than they’re currently getting.
